1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition
The item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as Final Sale
Personalised or custom-made products
Perishable goods
Downloadable digital products
Items returned after the 30-day window

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided
We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we are not responsible for lost return parcels

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, email us at info@eonisworld.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. UK Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (cooling-off period) without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at info@eonisworld.co.uk.
