How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to 28+ countries worldwide including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Germany, France, USA, Australia, and more. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be amended or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, your order may already be in processing. Please email us immediately at info@eonisworld.co.uk.

What if my item arrives damaged?
